We adhere to the maximum working times set by law in each relevant country. We do not tolerate behavior (including gestures, language and physical conduct) that is sexual, subjects people to duress, or is threatening, abusive or exploitative. We do not tolerate unacceptable treatment of staff members, by such things as psychological mistreatment, sexual or personal abuse or discrimination. We will not employ anyone against his or her will or compel him or her to work. Minitube has entered into a collective agreement with the union IF Metall. Through good cooperation with trade unions and safety representatives, we ensure a safe and good workplace for everyone. Everyone who works at Minitube is entitled to a contractual salary in accordance with national law and agreements. Workers’ rightsĮveryone who works at Minitube and our suppliers should have freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. We continuously make risk assessment to our workplace and involve our staff in improving the work environment. To achieve this, all employees must pay attention to situations that may be dangerous and report this. No employee should have to be injured either physically or mentally in the workplace. We will prioritize the health and safety of our employees in everything we do.
